2nd Post Again Today
I just have to share the good news. I was informed by my doctor that I am only 2 lbs from being on the list to have a breast reduction. I am so excited and very motivated by that news. Plus, no more GERD medicine and no more cholesterol. My doc was pretty please with the 56 lb loss. I have to say that this was a very good day for me. I have large and pendulous breasts and a breast reduction is going to change my life so very much. This is not a surgery for cosmetics, but for quality of life and under those circumstances, the insurance will pay for it. This was the best news and again, really gives me a reason to keep going strong. Yeah me!

Wonderful news! Both on the weight loss and reduction. Sounds like you are starting a whole new life.
ReplyDeleteI am so happy for you and so proud of you! It is such a comfort to be on this journey with you.
ReplyDeleteI didnt mention this at all in my blog but one of my main reasons for wanting to get the weight off is so that I can get a breast reduction. Mine are also large and uncomfortable for me. Lots of back pain, neck pain, etc. I knew they would say something about the weight so I made it my journey to lose some so I could move forward. I cant afford the chiropractor 3 times a week!!! Can you tell me how to get the ball rolling for this? how did you find out the weight requirements? I am down about 47 lbs total and at 179. I was hoping they would get smaller with the weight loss but only around got smaller. Cosmetics would be nice but like you, it is a quality of life thing.
